At Pressable, a managed WordPress hosting service, we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead for our growing Technical Account Management team. This newly formed team ensures our customers achieve maximum value by fostering strong first experiences and building long-term customer partnerships.

In Short

  • Manage and develop a team of Technical Account Managers.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs.
  • Conduct technical migrations and performance audits.
  • Act as a technical sales engineer during the pre-sales cycle.

  • Implement strategies to drive customer adoption and retention.
  • Create training programs for team skill enhancement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and improvements.
  • Stay updated with WordPress trends and technologies.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in WordPress development and managed hosting services.
