Senior Structured Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Structured Finance Manager will support the extensions and new jurisdiction processes for our asset-backed securitization programs while working closely with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

In Short

• Support asset-backed securitization programs for inventory, dealer receivables, and consumer loans.
• Onboard new jurisdictions and ensure adequate processes for ABS facilities.
• Lead initiatives to automate and optimize ABS related processes.
• Collaborate with rating agencies, banks, law firms, and service providers.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in structured finance or securitization.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of ABS structures and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; German and/or Italian is a plus.
