Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service/Call Center Agent (d/m/w) to join our Sales Team and assist customers with all questions and concerns related to car purchases. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth process and an excellent customer experience in our Autohero Retail Department.

In Short

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding general inquiries.
  • Support our Sales Team by handling customer requests outside the sales process.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to research the current status of orders.
  • Achieve personal and team goals related to quality and quantity.
  • Help customers receive their new cars as quickly as possible.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in dialog marketing/call center or customer service.
  • Enjoy talking on the phone with a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work style.
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to achieving self-set goals.
  • Fluent in German, with English skills being an advantage, and proficient in Google Workspace tools.
