Overview

We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative who will actively contribute to the daily operations and ensure a smooth and positive purchasing experience for our customers, while also supporting the team with structured onboarding and clear communication.

In Short

  • You are the first point of contact for the team and assist colleagues with inquiries, uncertainties, or escalations.
  • You support quality assurance and help continuously improve our processes.
  • You guide new team members and ensure structured onboarding.
  • You contribute to daily operations during staff shortages.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in an inbound call center or a similar field.
  • Organizational skills, self-responsibility, and proficiency with digital tools.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel (basic functions, simple evaluations, and tables).
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and a high service standard.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to Berlin for meetings or team events.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, ideally in an inbound call center or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with digital tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
  • A collaborative spirit and a commitment to high service standards.
