Overview

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will work remotely and be responsible for building business relationships with dealers in our AUTO1 Group Sales Department, focusing on our B2B core business.

  • Very good communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
  • Receive a €750 start bonus for all new starters until the end of the month.
  • Earn an attractive base salary plus a bonus model with significant upside potential based on monthly performance.
  • Guaranteed minimum commission for the first 3 months, with opportunities to earn more.
  • Work from home up to 3 days a week.
  • 28 vacation days, increasing to 30 after one year.

Requirements

  • Experience in telesales or related fields.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
