Overview

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team at Autohero, where you will assist customers with their inquiries related to car purchases, ensuring a smooth process and excellent customer experience.

In Short

• You will be the voice of our premium used car platform, assisting private buyers via phone and email (no video calls).
• Utilize your negotiation skills to convince customers and achieve sales success through personal support.
• Work exclusively with pre-qualified customers – no cold calling!
• Support our Sales Representatives throughout the entire process.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or telesales is advantageous but not required!
• You are a communication talent, confident, and enjoy working in a team and direct customer contact.
• Personal development and career opportunities are important to you.
• You have fluent German language skills, both spoken and written – additional language skills are a plus.
