Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic (Junior) Business Development Manager (f/m/x) in the area of Classifieds and Ad Performance to join our team. You will help identify new growth opportunities and further develop our existing strategy.

In Short

  • Identify and strategically develop new business opportunities in the online marketplace and ad performance areas.
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary and European teams to design innovative solutions and new projects.
  • Analyze performance data to identify optimization potentials and develop targeted actions.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales departments.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Several years of experience in Business Development, Online Marketplaces, Ad Performance, or Digital Marketing.
  • Solid knowledge of performance metric analysis (KPIs).
  • Strong interest in digital business models and online advertising.
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent French and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
