HR Generalist (d/m/w) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a HR Generalist (referred to as Personalsachbearbeiter) to join our Country Operations Team. You will be responsible for talent management and development within the market, shaping the organizational culture, and enhancing the effectiveness of our AUTO1 Group People Department. In this department, we define how work is conducted in our company and help the team grow.

In Short

• Accompany the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as the creation of all contractual documents
• Support the team and engage with personnel-related issues within our companies, acting as a liaison between employees, departments, and other stakeholders
• Work on projects to improve internal process structures
• Learn to handle labor law issues with the support of the team and legal department
• A completed commercial vocational training or a bachelor's degree with a focus on business administration or human resources
• Initial practical experience in HR administration and knowledge of German labor and social law is advantageous
• A high level of responsibility, reliability, and discretion
• A meticulous, independent, structured, and precise working style is essential
• Excellent German skills (minimum level C1) and good English skills in spoken and written form, as well as proficiency with MS Office applications
• Home office: we offer the possibility to work from home up to 3 days a week
