Requirements

• 2+ years in customer service/sales, preferably with cold outreach experience.
• Experience in healthcare outreach or community engagement.
• Strong ability to initiate conversations with vulnerable individuals.
• Understanding of seniors’ needs and challenges.
• Proficiency in critical thinking and time management.
• Basic proficiency in G-Suite and video conferencing.
• Excitement for working in an innovative environment.
• Strong tech proficiency.
• Ability to work independently.
• Adherence to confidentiality standards.
