• Looking for a hands-on Partner Marketing Manager to build and scale the MSP partner ecosystem.
• Blend of field marketing (recruiting and enabling new partners) and channel marketing (activating partners).
• Work closely with sales, partnerships, and product teams.
• Recruit new MSP partners and onboard them quickly.
• Create repeatable programs to help partners sell effectively.
• Plan and execute marketing programs to attract new MSP partners.
• Support partner recruitment through industry events and webinars.
• Develop partner-ready assets and ensure partners understand their market.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing for effective messaging and launches.
• Track and report on partner marketing performance.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in field, channel, or partner marketing.
• Background in managed services or managed security services.
• Proven ability to create and execute programs from scratch.
• Experience tracking partner marketing performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter comfortable in fast-moving environments.
