Overview

As a Workday Reporting Analyst, you will design and build the data and analytics strategy for the People team, leveraging our HRIS platform Workday. You'll lead the full reporting lifecycle, turning complex business requirements from HR, Finance, and leadership into actionable data insights and sophisticated visualizations using the Workday platform.

In Short

  • Develop and build the Analytics Program for the People function.
  • Partner with stakeholders on their reporting needs, leading to design and execution of reports.
  • Use technical knowledge to build reports and dashboards.
  • Train the People Team on report writing and data visualization best practices.
  • Drive alignment between People Team and Finance for reporting accuracy.
  • Support Workday Admin/Manager on major initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency using Workday data.
  • Ensure data consistency across reporting platforms.
  • Support overall Workday enablement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Workday Reports and Dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
  • Understanding of Workday data structures and reporting accessibility.
  • Strong analytical skills for data visualization.
  • Experience leading technical reporting projects.
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau.
  • Knowledge of data flows between Workday and other systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential data securely.
  • Workday Reporting Certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Jira and agile methodologies is a plus.
