Workday Reporting Analyst - Temp - Remote

Overview

As a Workday Reporting Analyst, you will design and build the data and analytics strategy for the People team, leveraging our HRIS platform Workday. You'll lead the full reporting lifecycle, turning complex business requirements from HR, Finance, and leadership into actionable data insights and sophisticated visualizations.

• Develop and build the analytics program for the People function.
• Partner with stakeholders on reporting needs and execute reports.
• Use technical knowledge to build reports, dashboards, and solutions.
• Train team members on report writing and best practices.
• Ensure data consistency between People Team and Finance.
• Support major initiatives and implementations led by Workday Manager.
• Drive business insights using predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Support Workday enablement overall.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Workday Reports and Dashboards.
• Strong proficiency in Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
• Understanding of Workday data structures and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills for strategic visualizations.
• Experience leading reporting projects from design to deployment.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of data flows between Workday and other systems.
• Ability to handle confidential data with security standards.
• Workday Reporting Certification or related certifications a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira and agile methodologies is a plus.
