Overview

The Senior Workday Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in delivering reporting and analytics solutions within a leading financial services and healthcare technology company, working in a hybrid model to provide flexibility and work-life balance.

In Short

• Expert in Workday Reporting & Analytics
• Leads complex projects requiring high judgement
• Creates and maintains custom reports and dashboards
• Experience in Time Tracking & Absence configuration preferred
• Maps data and creates EIBs for data loading
• Provides Level 3 expertise for HR issue resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of HR experience
• At least 3 years' experience in Workday Composite Reporting
• Workday Pro certification for Reporting preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Must work on-site at least 6 days/month
