Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our effort to push the frontiers of risk management with cutting-edge technology.

In Short

• Build and own end-to-end product features like predictive analytics and automated risk assessments.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to create high-performing product features.
• Design and implement AI solutions using classical ML methods and advanced techniques.
• Write well-designed, maintainable, and testable code.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software bugs.
• Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and explore new techniques and tools.
• Participate in an Agile software development life cycle.
• Work with technologies such as Python, JavaScript, Node.JS, Docker, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes.
• Apply expertise in building advanced AI/ML solutions.
• Enhance our product portfolio with predictive analytics and intelligent data extraction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Proficiency in classical machine learning methods and familiarity with LLMs.
• Excellent programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and others.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Analytically minded with a focus on metrics and evaluation.
• Motivation to work hard and continuously learn.
