Overview

The Customer Security Assurance Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that AuditBoard's platform meets the security needs of audit, risk, and compliance teams. This position involves customer engagement and internal collaboration to enhance the security assurance program.

In Short

  • Develop and implement a Customer Engagement strategy.
  • Provide guidance for a sustainable Security Assurance Engagement program.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on AuditBoard’s security controls.
  • Oversee the processing of customer requests for due diligence support.
  • Maintain documentation for customer due diligence activities.
  • Discuss data protection practices with prospects and customers.
  • Negotiate data protection contract provisions.
  • Liaise with various organizational levels to promote cybersecurity awareness.
  • Cross-train internal resources.
  • Support business travel as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of security/IT compliance experience.
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in Information Security or IT Risk Management.
  • Strong organizational skills for clear documentation.
  • Deep understanding of Compliance and Risk Management.
