In Short

  • Lead Wiz’s Internal Customer Assurance program for the Information Security Organization.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive customer assurance program.
  • Translate technical security controls into clear business-relevant language.
  • Develop metrics to measure success and guide program improvements.
  • Support customer inquiries and manage security questionnaires.
  • Foster relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Lead customer-facing security discussions during audits and reviews.
  • Oversee responses to customer questionnaires and security portals.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather evidence and insights for customer assurance.
  • Continuously evolve the customer assurance strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in security, GRC, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in people management.
  • Experience supporting customer security reviews, audits, or RFPs.
  • Knowledge of security and privacy frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of cloud security and data protection principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Experience in building and scaling customer assurance programs.
  • Ability to handle high-stakes conversations professionally.
  • Strong commitment to understanding customer needs.
