Overview

The Senior Director of Account Management will be responsible for creating a world-class customer experience from post-sales support, customer support, and through implementation and ongoing value delivery for our customers.

Requirements

  • Proven collaborative approach and strong written communication skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience with SaaS products and services.
  • Capacity to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
