Overview

The Director, Account Management will oversee the U.S. Market Development for Mastercard, focusing on building relationships with key merchants in the Grocery and Restaurant sectors, while driving strategic planning and solution selling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in payments or technology, preferably with grocery/restaurant exposure.
  • Track record of managing complex sales efforts.
  • Dynamic team player with strong relationship management skills.
  • Ability to grow partnerships with executives.
  • Sound business judgment and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
