Leisure Sales Manager - Remote

Overview

The Leisure Sales Manager will develop relationships with key luxury travel agencies and partners to identify business opportunities and maximize revenue for a luxury resort.

In Short

• Support the hotel’s leisure revenue goals by generating transient business.
• Build relationships with luxury consortia accounts.
• Work with property operations for VIP guest management.
• Solicit and negotiate luxury FIT/wholesale accounts.
• Host familiarization trips for key accounts.
• Analyze forecast, cost, and revenue reports.
• Maintain and build the Salesforce database of clients.
• Evaluate promotional events for ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or Luxury Travel Advisor.
• Ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel for trade shows and client meetings.
• Experience with Delphi/Salesforce system.
