In Short

• Create a genuine, informative, and personalized guest resort reservations experience.
• Respond to guests’ inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, and pricing.
• Achieve monthly individual & team conversion and revenue goals.
• Pursue Outbound Revenue Opportunities through our lead management system.
• Accurately code reservations in the lead reservation system.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the resorts and other information.
• Assist and ensure effective guest challenge resolution.
• Ensure all billing and financial transactions are accurately executed.
• Upsell services and offerings as appropriate.

Requirements

• One year experience in a hospitality, spa, or reservations position.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Proficiency in Opera Cloud and Revinate is highly preferred.
• Ability to create professional business letter correspondence.
• Must possess gracious people and sales skills.
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments.
