Overview

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Attentive, you will be instrumental in driving customer retention and expansion sales into Attentive’s enterprise customer base, partnering with Customer Success and managing account planning.

In Short

  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
  • Provide timely and accurate weekly forecasts
  • Steer complex pricing negotiations with key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and present data and trends to customers
  • Manage customer inquiries related to their Attentive agreement
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a closing sales role
  • Experience in SaaS, specifically in MarTech or AdTech
  • Strong competency in objection handling
  • Analytical account development strategy
  • Ability to drive renewal and expansion opportunities
  • Experience managing sales cycles across Salesforce or other CRM
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding quota
  • Email sales experience nice to have
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
