Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success.
  • Experience in a marketing/software company or startup.
  • Strong coaching and motivational skills.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to build collaborative teams and link performance to business objectives.
  • Experience in scaling teams and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for coaching and customer engagement.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
