Manager, Client Success - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Client Success is a customer-facing role working directly with Atropos Health’s Life Sciences customers and partners, focusing on driving customer satisfaction and commercial success.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of clients and partners to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Monitor usage metrics and key performance indicators.
• Conduct periodic status meetings and business reviews with clients.
• Act as a Life Sciences subject matter expert.
• Partner with the Life Sciences Sales team to align capabilities with customer needs.
• Provide client feedback to the Product team for enhancements.
• Become proficient in Atropos Health’s proprietary Temporal Query Language (TQL).

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Experience managing projects with top-tier pharmaceutical companies.
• Prior experience with real-world healthcare data.
• Strong technical skills and experience with SQL.
• Experience in a startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5+ years in healthcare or related fields.
