Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Expertise in AI/ML technologies, especially LLMs.
• Strong experience with Python and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• 10+ years of software/ML engineering experience.
• 5+ years in AI/ML application development.
• 2+ years in enterprise-scale application design.
• Proven experience as a software architect or senior developer.
• Deep knowledge of software engineering principles and AI trends.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare technology preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
• Willingness to travel periodically.
