Overview

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for owning our digital presence, search engine strategy, and performance marketing engine, ensuring that healthcare systems and life science organizations find Atropos Health online.

• Develop and execute SEO and AEO strategy for organic visibility.
• Conduct website audits for optimization.
• Track website performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Write and optimize content aligned with search intent.
• Manage paid media campaigns across various platforms.
• Oversee digital marketing budget allocation based on performance.
• Ensure seamless lead flow into CRM and effective nurturing.
• Build marketing dashboards to track key metrics.
• Provide monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Identify new opportunities for growth in digital marketing.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing for healthcare or related industry.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, WordPress, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Comfortable working with data and explaining technical jargon.
• Experience with Account-Based Marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar CRM software.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Experience with AI tools for marketing efficiency.
