Overview

The Director of Sales-SMB role is ideal for a high-performing individual contributor that has played a key role driving sales on a high performing Life Science Sales team, in a fast-paced Health Tech start-up environment.

In Short

  • Drive sales and assist business development teams to achieve targets with SMB accounts.
  • Perform lead generation activities with prospects and customers.
  • Assist with the development of a comprehensive account strategy.
  • Expand Atropos Health market presence in the RWD market.
  • Secure contracts with life sciences firms.
  • Develop and execute a robust customer engagement strategy.
  • Collaborate with strategic partnerships to increase revenues.
  • Provide bookings and revenue projections for your market area.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of RWD, RWE, Medical, R&D, HEOR, Analytics, & Commercial use cases.
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/life science industry.
  • Demonstrated ability in building relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
  • Proven experience identifying and developing champions.
  • Self-starter with a competitive drive to succeed.
  • High EQ team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education - Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have the ability to travel.
