Lodge Manager - Remote Camp

Overview

ATCO Frontec is looking for an experienced and dynamic Lodge Manager to lead all business and operational activities at our remote camp in Northern British Columbia.

In Short

• Manage a multi-disciplinary support team responsible for essential camp functions.
• Serve as the primary liaison with customer site management.
• Maintain an overview of tasks, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of required reports.
• Ensure effective training, coaching, and scheduling for staff.
• Conduct regular quality audits and monitor service implementation.
• Assist in evaluating and refining policies and processes.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and monitor revenue.
• Address and resolve client and customer concerns.
• Promote and enforce Health & Safety procedures.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Hotel/Accommodation Management or a related field is preferred.
• 5-10 years in hospitality or accommodations management.
• Visionary leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams.
• Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with a creative mindset.
• Entrepreneurial skills in hiring and mentoring staff.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• High level of organizational ability.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
