We're hiring a Talent Sourcer / BDR to join our recruiting firm client. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both candidate sourcing and client prospecting.

In Short

Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal database.
Conduct initial outreach to engage passive and active candidates.
Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers.
Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn and email to generate interest and set up intro calls.
Work closely with the founders to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
At least 3 years of experience in US talent sourcing.
Interest in or willingness to do BDR (business development) work.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.
Bonus points if you've worked in a BDR role before.
