Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in the senior care solutions industry. This role is focused on generating new business, primarily within the US market.

In Short

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the US market.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members to ensure seamless handovers and follow-ups.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Adapt and refine sales strategies based on performance analytics and feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Experience working in international markets, particularly the US, is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a clear, understandable accent.
  • Ability to ask the right questions to uncover client pain points and needs.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working on camera for virtual meetings and presentations.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a professional home working setup.
  • Previous experience in SaaS, healthcare, or senior care solutions is beneficial but not essential.
