The Strategic Sales Executive – Government Benefits is responsible for all aspects of revenue generation and new client acquisition, focusing on selling compliance, security, or healthcare-related solutions within the federal or state government market.

  • Executes a consultative sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Establishes long-term relationships with key decision makers.

  • Stays informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Partners with technology and customer service teams.
  • Assists with client implementation and onboarding processes.
  • Keeps detailed sales forecasts and prepares reports.
  • Travels as needed for meetings and events.

Requirements

  • Experience selling compliance or healthcare-related solutions preferred.
  • Experience with government accounts is preferred.
  • Understanding of criminal background checks required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
  • Proven results in meeting sales targets required.
  • Experience with background screening is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce required.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5 years of sales experience required.
  • Driver’s license required for work-related driving.
