Overview

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, data-driven, and organized Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth. Your mission is to turn content into conversions — leveraging Instagram, TikTok, SEO, and automation tools to funnel traffic to our website’s “Book Now” page and convert it into new athletes at the clinic.

In Short

• Build and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Stay on top of trends and tailor content to our brand, niche, and audience.
• Track key KPIs: audience growth, engagement, clicks to “Book Now,” SEO rankings, etc.
• Use analytics tools to refine social strategy.
• Optimize website pages for traffic and conversions using keyword research.
• Integrate and automate workflows using tools like ChatGPT API, Make (Integromat), and Zapier.
• Maintain an organized content library with versioning and scheduling.
• Work independently with high trust and clear deliverables.
• Have a strong tech background and excellent English language proficiency.
• Basic video editing skills are a plus.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy.
• Fluent in tools, integrations, and automations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with medical or fitness brands is preferred.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Final Cut, or Adobe Premiere.
• Experience with CRM systems like Hubspot.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
