Social Media & Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing and brand presence for our hospitality and events venue. This role will manage all aspects of social media strategy, event promotions, and sponsorship activations, ensuring our brand stands out across platforms and attracts the right audience for our events.

In Short

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms relevant to nightlife and events).
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content highlighting upcoming events, promotions, and venue culture.
• Coordinate with promoters, DJs, and partners to develop and distribute content.
• Manage and update all online event listings, ticketing platforms, and promotional calendars.
• Develop and maintain brand sponsorships and partnership opportunities within the hospitality and events space.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, and ROI; adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact.
• Stay ahead of nightlife, event, and social media trends to keep strategies current and effective.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or marketing, preferably within hospitality, nightlife, or events/venue management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital event marketing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience working with promoters, influencers, or brand sponsors.
• Ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with proven success in driving audience engagement for events or venues.
