• Develop and implement social media marketing plans and campaigns.
• Oversee Binance's social media platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for local narratives.
• Analyze social media metrics and report on performance.
• Support Regional Paid Ads Strategy.
• Monitor and report on ad performance using analytics tools.
• Develop and implement content strategies.
• Work with editorial and marketing teams for content creation.
• Optimize content for ASO & SEO.
• Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in social media management and performance marketing.
• Experience in developing social media strategies.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and analytics.
• Fluent in English; Hindi or Tamil is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
