This role blends hands-on marketing execution with proposal/RFP support to generate new business opportunities for a growing NYC-based security systems integrator.

In Short

• Drive visibility and lead flow through SEO, content, and social media.
• Support compliant, high-quality proposal submissions for government and commercial bids.
• Own local SEO for NYC metro, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Plan and publish consistent content: blogs, social posts, and thought leadership.
• Interpret complex RFQs/RFPs and ensure 100% compliance with requirements.
• Draft strong scope/approach narratives and track deadlines for proposals.
• Research and identify target accounts for prospecting and pipeline support.

• Maintain a proposal library and tracker for speed and accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven B2B marketing generalist with hands-on local SEO and content creation.
• RFP/Proposal response experience with strict compliance.
• Strong portfolio of work: SEO outcomes, content samples, and proposal excerpts.
• Excellent English writing skills: concise, professional, persuasive.
• Deadline-driven with the ability to prioritize urgent RFPs.
• US Eastern Time overlap for meetings and check-ins.
• Integrity in outreach—relationship-first, never spammy.
