Marketing Proposal Specialist - Remote

Overview

AECOM is seeking a highly talented Marketing Proposal Specialist to work in collaboration with the East Region business development and operations team on pursuits, including partnering in the preparation of formal and informal client solicitations.

In Short

• Assist with large proposals and lead small to medium proposals.
• Coordinate content and information for qualifications and proposals.
• Facilitate color reviews and apply lessons learned to proposals.
• Participate in go/no-go and green light analyses.
• Complete internal debriefs for proposals.
• Liaise with business line teams to develop marketing information.
• Provide guidance to entry-level proposal team members.
• Perform self-check of work prior to submission.
• Support special projects as required.

Requirements

• BA/BS + 4 years of experience in marketing proposal activity.
• Understanding of proposal and presentation strategy development.
• Experience producing submittals in response to RFQ/RFP documents.
