Marketing Proposal Specialist I - Remote

Overview

AECOM is seeking a Marketing Proposal Specialist I to join our Buildings + Places team and work in collaboration with the West Region business development and operations team on various pursuits.

In Short

• Assist with small to medium proposal/LOIs/SOQs.
• Create proposal schedules and templates.
• Develop compliance matrices for proposals.
• Support writing and editing of resumes for proposals.
• Participate in proposal review meetings.
• Manage proposal revisions based on feedback.
• Support Go/No Go analyses.
• Understand and follow company quality procedures.
• Perform self-checks of work before submission.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the A/E industry is a plus.
• Understanding of marketing best practices.
• Strong knowledge of InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools like Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Capability to produce compliant and compelling work.
