Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide full-time administrative and operational support to a busy professional.

In Short

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
  • Experience with Xero or similar accounting software.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills including formulas and data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
  • Background in bookkeeping is a plus.
  • Preferred to be based in the Philippines for time zone alignment.

Requirements
