Requirements

• 3+ years as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant.
• Flawless written English and excellent judgment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Comfortable with numbers and documentation.
• Confident communicator with various stakeholders.
• Proactive problem solver under deadline pressure.
• Experience with relevant tools such as Slack, Google Suite, and WordPress.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Start-up experience preferred.
