Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative to support a growing Tennis Academy that runs over 50 tennis classes each week. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and has great communication skills, someone who takes pride in helping clients have a seamless experience both online and on the court.

In Short

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email
• Manage class schedules, registrations, and updates for 50+ weekly tennis classes
• Handle Shopify orders, payments, and account updates
• Provide accurate information about programs, pricing, and policies
• Track and follow up on class changes, cancellations, or reschedules
• Coordinate with coaching staff and management for any special requests
• Assist with light administrative tasks and daily reports

Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Admin Support, or E-commerce (Shopify preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple email threads efficiently
• Comfortable working PST business hours (Pacific Standard Time)
• Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented attitude

Preferred

• Background or interest in sports, fitness, or tennis
• Experience with tools like Gorgeous, Shopify, Gmail, Google Calendar, or CRM systems
• Previous experience supporting small businesses or coaching academies
