The Customer Care & Booking Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for a med spa, managing inbound communications and appointment bookings across multiple locations while ensuring excellent client experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Experience with omnichannel support methods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in cloud applications.
  • Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.
  • Experience in med spa or clinic environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with booking systems like Vagaro or Mindbody is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of payment processing workflows.
  • Good communication skills for social media interactions.
