Overview

The Customer Support Associate will support the Support team in obtaining declarations and other important information from non-responsive suppliers in our client’s supply chains.

In Short

  • Communicate with suppliers through a multi-channel approach including emails, phone calls, and conference calls.
  • Work directly with top-tier suppliers to assist them with compliance requests.
  • Handle inbound calls from suppliers to troubleshoot and provide a positive experience.
  • Engage with unresponsive suppliers through outbound calls and education.
  • Language support in German and English for internal translations and webinars.
  • Collaborate with the Program Success team on client campaigns and supplier issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Related work experience in administration, reporting, or customer support.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Applications.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
