Overview

As the first hire in Aspire's People team in UK and Europe, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our teams in new key markets. In this hybrid role, you will be working closely with the Head of Talent and the People Operations and Experience Manager to scale Aspire in the United Kingdom and beyond.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Collaborative and proactive stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
