In Short

• Design & implement a fraud operation framework.
• Investigate card-fraud-related cases with card issuers.
• Modify and optimize fraud review SOPs.
• Implement anti-fraud measures aligned with business risk.
• Assist in investigating fraud-related customer issues.
• Monitor operational reports for improvement opportunities.
• Drive initiatives to identify evolving fraud patterns.
• Provide feedback on fraud rules to the fraud strategy team.
• Foster relationships with essential stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years in the payments space, 5+ years in risk/fraud roles.
• Deep understanding of card scheme rules and fraud modules.
• Knowledge of payment and fraud-related regulations.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
