The Senior Manager of Fraud Operations will lead and scale fraud mitigation efforts, overseeing a global team responsible for identifying and responding to fraud across the platform.

Requirements

• Experience with Fraud or Customer Service Operations.
• Ability to tell stories using data and prioritize tasks.
• Strong coalition-building skills.
• Ability to excel in ambiguous conditions.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Knowledge of DoorDash's product and a passion for the company.
