Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team at Aspire, a leading finance operating system for growing businesses in APAC.

In Short

• Ensure operations align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage liaison with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
• Conduct horizon scanning for new regulations.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role within fintech or financial services.
• Familiarity with the payments industry and relevant regulations in Singapore.
• Proven ability to manage regulatory filings and audits.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for compliance.
