Overview

The Strategic Customer Success Manager will guide Ashby's largest customers, focusing on product adoption and customer health, while becoming a product expert.

In Short

  • Manage a book of ~20 strategic customers exceeding $2m in ARR.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
  • Become a product expert to tailor solutions for customer challenges.
  • Communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Thrive in complexity and be detail-oriented.
  • Help shape a new customer segment and iterate on playbooks.
  • Utilize data for continuous improvement.
  • Experience in recruiting or hiring is a plus.
  • Focus on adoption and engagement over variable compensation.

Requirements

  • At least five years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong relationship management skills across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with complex technologies and a curiosity to understand them.
