Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience with complex products.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Zapier, HubSpot, or Acuity Scheduling.
  • Ability to define problem scopes and create solutions.
  • Attention to detail in customer communications.
  • Curiosity in addressing customer needs and workflows.
