This is a unique and high impact role in which you’ll meaningfully shape our Customer Success function in the EMEA region, ensuring our customers have a remarkable experience as we scale.

  • Proven leadership in growing Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills to enhance the customer journey.
  • Experience in establishing processes and team structures in new regions.
