As Ashby’s first EMEA Customer Success leader, you will have the opportunity to shape our Customer Success function in the region, ensuring a remarkable experience for our customers as we scale.

  • Proven leadership in growing Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and understanding of the customer journey.
  • Experience in regional expansion and establishing processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on first-principles-driven strategies.
  • Analytical skills to drive decision-making and improvements.
  • Deep understanding of B2B customer needs.
  • Experience in product adoption and customer lifecycle engagement.
