Requirements

  • Proven experience in Enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Ability to source your own pipeline effectively.
  • Excellent communication and discovery skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to craft compelling business cases.
  • Comfortable with technology and product acumen.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to CRM updates.
  • Fluency in additional languages (German, French, Spanish) is a plus.
  • Experience selling to Talent or People leaders is preferred.
  • A growth mindset and creativity in sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
